export: ask-chat's reload test submits the restored search before checking grounding

The "Load context persists" test reloaded /ask and expected the live search
restored from localStorage to be running again. A restored search now waits
for the visitor, so the test runs it with the Search button first; the
enrichment-persists and strict-grounding assertions are unchanged.
