e2e: "Add to top of auto-queue" is asserted as a priority edit

The spec read the head of the stored download root for a `prioritize-<slug>`
leaf. That is the tree the gesture used to write and no longer does: while a
priority model exists the root is COMPILED, so the head of it is the
`prio-normal` GROUP and the channel is the first leaf inside it. Asserted as
what the gesture now means — enabled, `prio-normal` then `prio-all`, this
channel at the head of the normal group, and rank 0 in the document.
