Fix export build: exclude out/ from tsconfig type-check

Next's build-time type-check scanned out/_next/static/media/searchIndex.worker.*.ts (a bundled FlexSearch worker artifact whose "flexsearch" import only resolves during bundling), failing with "Cannot find module 'flexsearch'". Excluding the static-export output dir stops the type-check from choking on stale build artifacts.
