editor: the chore-card pin leaves the transcript reader out (it lives in ./cards, and is read, never run)

main's multi-track merge added TranscriptTracksReader to VideoPanel from
./cards, and the "every card VideoPanel imports from ./cards is listed" pin
failed on main.
