common, export: S1's wordmark and header mark read the base × accent tokens (brand S2, post-merge)
Wordmark's font was `var(--font-grotesk, var(--font-display))`. --font-grotesk
no longer exists now that fonts.ts makes Archivo (with wdth) --font-display
itself, so it is just `var(--font-display)`, and the comment says so.
headerMarkPalette's `var(--brand-mark, var(--brand))` is unchanged. tokens.css
now defines --brand-mark everywhere: a Signal default on :root, then each
data-accent rule. The comment that it was not defined yet is corrected.
