That was fine while it was a scratch app; it stops being fine the moment anything is built ON it, because every subsequent change reads as one 212-file blob rather than as a diff. So this is the tree as it stands -- the four judging modes, the mix bench, the browse deck (decisions inbox, blind A/B, loudness, plan diff, thumbnail picker, source concentration), song/ and its CLI scripts, and the e2e suite -- with node_modules, .next*, .e2e-song and test-results already covered by .gitignore.
