export: both service workers retire the pre-brand shell cache — SHELL is shell-v2, VERSION stays v1 (brand S1)

/icons/ is cache-first in SHELL, so an installed app would keep the old mark
forever. Activate deletes every cache it does not keep: renaming SHELL alone
drops shell-v1 and keeps pages-v1 / meta-v1, the readers' offline channel
downloads, which a VERSION bump would have deleted.
