export: pwa.spec's /icons/ 404 probe names the dev-server log it causes as expected (brand S1 review)

"Failed to generate static paths for /icons/[file] … missing param" is Next's
dev message for a name outside generateStaticParams with dynamicParams=false
under output: export; the response is the 404 the test asserts.
