homepage: the operate docs describe the accent and the reader's theme menu (brand S2)

operate.md said a site has "its own accent colour" and nothing about what a
reader sees. It now says the accent is one of seven named colours or a hex,
that each site opens in it, and that a reader can pick another accent and a
light, sepia or dark ground. The hub's AddArchive comment no longer points at
the retired archilyzer block.
